As already communicated in our blog post from 9.12.22, alarm.direct has taken over the perimeter protection for the "Garnacha" photovoltaic power plant in Spain, which will supply Google with energy over the next 12 years.
The ground-breaking ceremony for the photovoltaic power plant by project developer ib vogt took place on 14 September 2022 and the project went according to plan.
This 149 MW photovoltaic project was successfully completed by ib vogt and alarm.direct has equipped this entire site, totalling 8 km of fencing, with its innovative security technology.
This means that the supply of solar power to the Google solar server is now a reality.
We are proud to have made our contribution to this fantastic project, which is predicted to save 50,000 tonnes of CO2 per year, and look forward to further exciting projects together with our customer ib vogt.
