alarm.direct Group Congress 2025 – Together across borders

The traditional annual meeting of the alarm.direct group took place again this year.

Employees from Germany and Spain came together to look back on successes, reflect on challenges, receive training on new products and shape the future.

This year's host was our Spanish team – and it was a great success!

With sunshine, Mediterranean flair and a great atmosphere, the meeting was an inspiring experience full of exchange, team spirit and joy.

Together, we looked back on the past year: What successes could we celebrate? What challenges did we overcome? Open feedback and honest discussions were at the centre of this – exactly what makes our collaboration so strong.

In addition to looking back, we also took a clear look ahead. Together, we defined the company's goals for the coming years and agreed on the next steps. Motivation, cohesion and the will to continue growing successfully were clearly evident.

But celebration is also important, so there was plenty of time for socialising! After all, joint activities, good food and cheerful evenings strengthen team spirit – across countries and bringing people together!

Whether it was a pool party with live music, an excursion with tapas on the beach or a catamaran trip into the sunset – the programme offered many opportunities to get to know each other better outside of the working day and to strengthen international cooperation.

We look back with gratitude on three days full of encounters, ideas and shared energy.
